How It All Started:

Fresh out of college, I landed in the middle of a male-dominated tech world. Every meeting felt like a performance, every conversation felt like a test. The Spark: Breaking Into the Tech World

Fresh out of college, I landed my first role in the tech industry. It wasn’t long before I realized how underrepresented women were in leadership positions—and I knew I wanted to be part of the change.

2010

Early Career: Climbing the Corporate Ladder

As I moved through HR and leadership roles in the tech world, I experienced the unique challenges women face firsthand. Gender biases, imposter syndrome, and the struggle to balance it all shaped my perspective and fueled my passion for supporting other women in the industry.

2015

Major Breakthrough: Advocating for Women Leaders

I launched my first mentorship program to help women in my company break through the glass ceiling. Seeing the transformation in their confidence and leadership inspired me to dream bigger.

2017

Expanding My Reach: Becoming a Leadership Coach

I transitioned into coaching, focusing on helping women in tech navigate the complexities of leading in a male-dominated field. From boardroom advocacy to managing diverse teams, I worked with leaders to rise with confidence.

2020

Founding My Leadership Coaching Practice

I took the leap to create a coaching practice dedicated exclusively to women leaders in tech. My mission was clear: to provide the tools, strategies, and support they need to thrive in high-stakes environments.

2022

Launching the Confident Leader Framework™

I developed the Confident Leader Framework™, a tailored approach to help my clients reclaim their confidence, command respect, and overcome gender-specific barriers in leadership. This framework became the cornerstone of my work.

2023

Building a Community of Empowered Leaders

This was the year I worked with my 100th client and expanded my services to include group coaching programs. Watching these women build powerful leadership brands and shatter limitations has been one of my proudest accomplishments.

Recognition and Growth

Being recognized as a leading executive coach for women in tech was a career highlight. But my greatest reward continues to be empowering women to own their leadership and make a lasting impact in their companies and beyond.
